FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Can you arrange for me or my relative to see a doctor in Kenya?

We do not offer such a service at this point in time. However, we strongly advise against self-medication. Our clients are advised to be have their condition reviewed by medical practitioner for correct diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

The drug I want is not listed on the website.

If after entering the brand name (say, panadol) in the search box, there are no pop ups, consider entering the generic name (in this case paracetamol). If you still can’t find your drug, it means it’s not available in our partner pharmacies within the selected geographic area. Expand your search to neighbouring areas particularly to counties hosting big towns and cities.
